The problem

Creative generation becomes difficult to operate when prompts, media, retries, settings, outputs, and comparisons are scattered across one-off chats.

My role

I defined the workstation product, generation flow, queue behavior, creative controls, gallery, cancellation and retry states, and self-hostable release shape.

Creative generation is easier to operate when inputs, settings, queue state, outputs, retries, cancellation, gallery, and comparison live in one coherent workflow.

Piveo provides image and video generation surfaces, reusable creative settings, a generation queue, outcome handling, galleries, downloads, comparison, retry, and cancellation.

Self-hostable by design

The project keeps the workstation deployable without forcing creative work into one hosted product. Provider behavior and media quality still depend on the configured models, services, and source inputs.
