The problem
Tender teams spend significant time checking requirements against scattered company evidence before they can decide whether to bid and what can safely be assembled.
My role
I translated operating knowledge from procurement and tender work into capability boundaries, human review gates, evidence selection, audit state, and commercial document export.
Capabilities
- 01
Tender requirement review
- 02
Qualification and certificate sufficiency checks
- 03
Personnel and verified past-performance checks
- 04
Human review and auditable workflow state
- 05
Commercial bid document assembly and export
Product decisions
- 01
Treat company evidence as selected and reviewed inputs, not free-form model memory.
- 02
Keep high-impact tender decisions behind human approval.
- 03
Describe product readiness from working capability, not route names, placeholders, or plans.
Evidence
- 01
Qualification, personnel, and past-performance sections are implemented in the commercial bid exporter.
- 02
The private product exposes commercial bid selection and export workflows.
Honest limits
- !
Complete technical-bid generation is not production-ready.
- !
Price-bid generation is not production-ready.
- !
Complete end-to-end tender generation is not production-ready.
- !
The repository and client evidence remain private.
Start with the bid decision
The first useful question is not “can a model write a proposal?” It is whether the company should bid and whether its evidence can satisfy the tender.
Tender Luban therefore begins with requirement review. It checks selected company qualifications, personnel, certificates, and verified past performance. The workflow keeps human approval visible and records how evidence is selected.
What ships today
The system supports tender review, sufficiency checks, human review state, and assembly of a commercial bid document from selected company evidence.
What does not ship today
Complete technical-bid generation is not production-ready. Price-bid generation is not production-ready. Complete end-to-end tender generation is not production-ready.
That distinction matters. A route, placeholder adapter, interface label, or design plan is not the same as a completed business capability.
